Gîtes and self-catering Gîte des Victoires

Les Gîtes des Victoires are 4 furnished apartments on each floor of a historic building whose first traces date back to 1367. This building has been completely renovated both inside and out. It is located in the city centre with many restaurants nearby. It's only a 10 minute walk from the train station, the tram is 5 minutes away and there is even a velocité (city bike rental) station one minute away.
Gîte 1 can accommodate 2 travellers and the other 3 up to 4. They range from 35 to 48 m2).
The soundproofing and thermal insulation (reversible air-conditioning) offer a high level of comfort, the kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The bathrooms include a shower cubicle or a walk-in shower. The bedding is of hotel quality and the duvets are made of down. Bed linen and towels are provided with the rental.
A dedicated area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is available on request.
