The detached house “A Côté” is ideally located for exploring Alsace, between Mulhouse and Colmar in a small historic town with all the amenities you need, just a few minutes from the Ecomusée d'Alsace, the Parc du Petit Prince, and close to the picturesque villages of the Alsatian wine region and other tourist attractions

The fully renovated house, spread over three levels, is located in a quiet neighborhood and is next door to the owner’s home.

The ground floor includes:
* an entryway
* a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the southwest-facing terrace and the living-dining room
* 2 bedrooms (one with a 140x190 cm double bed and the other with a 90x190 cm single bed)
* a bathroom
* a separate toilet

Upstairs:
* 2 bedrooms (one with a 140x190 cm double bed and the other with two 80x200 cm electric beds)
* a toilet with a vanity unit

In the basement:
* A storage area and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as a second refrigerator with two freezer drawers.

Outside, you’ll enjoy an enclosed garden with an ornamental pond (unsecured), a green space, sun loungers, and various games available for use.
